n-400 question 16"

Have you ever been arrested, cited or detained by any law enforcement officer (including USCIS or former INS and military officers) for any reason? Yes Or No

I have a few speeding tickets in tha past, do i have put "yes" on this form? I am getting ready to submit my form for citizenship and before the form used to say to exclude traffic violations but it doesn't say that now on the new form. can any help with their expiriences?
