DLD Compliance locations accept reinstatement fees and process compliance items and Driver Record requests Monday thru Friday except on National Holidays. For address locations and office hours please review the list below.

Driver Records can be obtained the same day at the Austin, Garland and San Antonio locations only. For Driver Record requests made at the Houston Gessner location please allow 5 business days for mail processing time.
